| Description: | A Single Hop Experimentation American IPA. The hops in this beer will rotate and thus will the hop profile found in it. The inaugural batch features Amarillo hops with bright citrus notes. This is a relatively simplified IPA. You get a lot of malts in here with a very sweet almost doughnut like aroma with notes of orange blossoms and lemon peel. Flavor is malt forward with more sweetness and light citrus.
