This is a very unique style that you're not likely to see much of. Local Option brews a zwickel (an unfiltered, unpasteurized lager) and then they age it on oak for several weeks. The aroma is complex and beautiful with light oak, green apple, lemon, and earthy tea leaves. The honey-like flavors pair beautifully with the tea, earth, and vanilla character in the taste. The oak flavor is subtle, but adds a lot to the complexity of this satisfying, one-of-a-kind beer.  6.5 % ABV
