Rivertown blends one and three year old batches of their wine barrel-aged lambic together to create this gueuze. This well-made sour beer opens with a nose of earthy funk and sharp acidity. The flavor is subtly funky and the intense tartness is complex, with four different strains of acid-producing microbes creating a tapestry of flavors. This is a refreshing beer and is really a great example of an American-made gueuze. 6.4% ABV
