This massive barrel aged beer is a blend of four different beers from two different breweries: Deschutes Abyss Imperial Stout, Deschutes Dissident Wild Ale, Hair of the Dog Doggie Claws and Hair of the Dog Fred. Pours a deep chesnut brown with garney highlights.  The nose has deep plum, cocoa, sherry, vanilla, spicy rye barrel aromas along with a sharp sour cherry notes. Deeply complex, this beer is best left to warm to reveal it's more subtle dark stout notes hidden underneath the more prominent red wine barrel and sour red cherry notes.  14.2%
