| Description: | This kettle sour incorporates 400 lb of fresh peach puree in post fermentation. Light to hazy gold in appearance, the aroma is all sweet tarts, fruit and cereal grain. Taste is very sharp and tart with a round honeycomb malt background, kind of like sour cherrios. A lot of lacto comes through in this beer with a bit of barnyard funk. Easy going quick sour good for a warm day. 5.3% ABV | |
