This is an explosively citrusy and zesty IPA from the creative geniuses at Dogfish Head.  In addition to Centennial and some experimental hops, the brewers threw in blood orange juice, lemon and orange peel, and lemon flesh.  It pours clear and amber in color with white, fluffy head.  On the nose, you'll notice loads of citrus, mostly lemon, orange peel, and grapefruit, and some light cedar. The flavor follows somewhat with notes of marmelaide and honey that's followed by bitter lemon zest and orange peel.  Mouthfeel is medium and sparkling.  Finishes tart, zesty, and just a litle dry. 7.5% ABV
