| Description: | Sidecar pours a bright copper with a taupe head. Sierra Nevada has taken a twist on their APA by brewing with Cascade, Equinox, and Mandarina hops which lend a bright citrus hop character. With the addition of citrus peel to the boil and fermenter, the orange zest is kicked up another notch. There is still piney and earthy nose, flavor and finish, but the orange and orange zest are bright and prominant. Two-row pale, Honey, and Munich malts balance her out nicely. The finish is bright and juicy at first and fades to earthy and dry. .5.3% ABV | |
