| Description: | A collaboration with Micah Melton of Aviary and Roister in Chicago, this Berliner style weisse ale was inspired by the Rioster ‘house shot’ with matcha green tea and pineapple. Brewed with caramelized sweet pineapple and matcha green tea, it pours a hazy pale blonde in color. The aroma has notes of key lime pie, green apples, and fresh pineapple.
