⌂ > Sierra Nevada Single Hop Cascade

Pours a deep burgundy with a tan fluffy head.  This brew has earthy aromas laced with orange and cherry.  The flavors are bright with orange and grapefruit zest as well as a mid-palate fruitiness while the earthy and slightly roasted malt flavors take a backseat.  There's a good amount of astringency and dryness on the finish which in conjunction with the solid amount of effervescency provides a dry, light finish to a pretty damned flavorful brew that exhibits a great amount of balance. 6.5% ABV.
