Bright copper in color and right off the bat the yeast presence is made known from the dense and fluffy, quick rising head that maintains presence throughout the enjoyment of this brew. Super bright tropical notes of mango and sweet tangerine hit your nose as you sip into this one. The yeast lends a mildly acrid note to an otherwise sweet IPA, laden with pineapple and sweet citrus, giving it a great amount of balance. The finish is moderately acidic and still carries the sweet tangerine presence with a subtle amount of drying booziness. Avery tasty IPA, even for not IPA drinkers! 8% ABV
