| Description: | Golden blond ale brewed with their own hops and fermented with Morpheus house yeast. Aged in wooden Bordeaux red wine barrels for eight months. Fermented on plums for 5 months which really brings out the plum and red wine in the funky aroma. Taste is tart punch in the face of plum with funky lactobacillus, red wine, barnyard, and apricot with a light body. Acidity, high spritzy carbonation in the funky finish. Sour lovers dream! 6% ABV. | |
