Description: | Has a ruby-brown color and a cloudy consistency. There was a massive, off white, very long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.Aroma has a hint of tartness. Raisins, brown sugar, green apple, and Brett funk, dark earth, some fruit. Taste has a balance of malt and funk. A little bit of dark roasted malts and caramel provide the backdrop for lemon, sour apple, and tropical fruits. Some spice and astringency in the aftertaste. Light bodied for the ABV, with light carbonation. A complex, balanced Brett beer. | |
