 Pours a clear deep copper in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation and moderate garnet red + orange highlights. The head is tall, dense, foamy, and tan and slowly reduces to a large half finger thick cap with moderate lacing.  Moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit pith and pine hops over the top of bready and caramel malts. Light notes of herbal hop aromas. Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready and caramel malts with only a hint of sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit pith, pine, and herbal hops which imparts a moderate amount of lingering bitterness. Slightly heavier than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of dryness in the finish. 7$%ABV
