Deep gold in color with a fomay, loose head that drops quickly. This brews aroma is sweet and true to style with hints of toffee, caramel and roasted nuittiness. The flavor varies from the aroma in that it is dinstinctly crisp, those sweet apple notes on the aroma bear more of a a green apple sharpness in the flavor and the subtly caramel aroma are contrasted by crisp hay and grassiness. The fniish is crisp and srprisingly efferevesent on theis light bodied brew from Independence. 5.5% ABV
