Brewed with an ancient breed of Japanese malt called 'Kaneko Golden' and Sorachi Ace hops, known for their distinct character of lemon and dill. Complex, bready malt and citrus zest meet the bright, fresh hop flavor of Mosaic, appropriately named for its array of flavors. Berries, tropical fruits, and citrus all come through both in aroma and flavor. The finish is dry and herbal with a touch of warmth from the elevated alcohol content. 6.5% ABV
