| Description: | Pours a clear deep copper color with a light tan head and lacing. In the nose, there are aromas of roasted chocolate, coffee, and toasted wood along with hints of oak and cherries. These aromas combined with some caramel come across like bourbon or sherry. There is a faint pine and almond aromas with a little funk. The taste has a light sweetness from the cherries with a bit of sourness and it finishes bitter. This is a medium bodied brew. 9.5% ABV | |
