This beer pours a hazy pale gold with white foam. It is a great example of a traditional hefeweizen, with bright aromas of clove and banana. The taste is bread, grain, and big banana as is traditional, but it also has a vein of bright acidity. It finishes a touch drier than most German hefeweizens, which gives it a very refreshing quality. It is a 750ml bottle, but you'll want every bit of it. 4.9% ABV
