Description: | This is a cider unlike any you've had before. It is made with smoked apple pomace (the pulp left after pressing the apples) and Vermont maple syrup. Take a whiff of this one and you will immediately be reminded of pancakes - butter, syrup, and all. The taste is more syrup, but the smoke really comes through as well. It is sweet enough to come across as rich, just as you'd expect in a maple syrup beverage, but not cloyingly so. Enjoy this one on a cool fall day. 5.5% ABV | |
