Description: | Pours an attractive red-brown with a medium, fine-grained, sticky, light brown head. The nose is butterscotch, pecans, caramel, roast grain, and sweet potato; it’s definitely sweet potato, not squash or pumpkin. The aroma follows in the characteristics of the nose. The body exudes moderate alcohol warming esters surrounding a caramel malt center that bonds with the sweet potato producing a candied yam center while the pecan emerges and blossoms through the finish. 7.7% ABV
