Barrel Aged Sour made with Spearmint...trust us it works.  This beer has been aged on bourbon barrels and fermented with brett yeast.  Pours a hazy deep burgandy amber.  Aromatics are tinged with mint and menthol but those quickly fade and give way to oaky vanilla and a sharp tart stone fruit character.  The initial taste is puckeringly sour with a linering boozy leather and caramel bourbon underlying.  The mint and botanical character builds as you drink pairing shockingly well with the slight yeast driven funk.  Epic complexity.
