| Description: | A collaboration brew between Stillwater and Olivers, this porter pours a deep brown, bordering on black. The nose exhibits the classic porter characteristics of coffee and coffee, but also carries a distinct rustic funk. Brettanomyces, a wild yeast, is the only yeast used in this beer and it gives the beer a character best described as earthy and farmhouse. The aroma has more funk than the taste, so don't be intimiadated by this odd combination of flavors. It really is a delicious, complex porter. 7% ABV | |
