This beer, from the most famous producers of sour beer in the world, is a Flanders Red sour ale at its base. What makes it special is how it is aged and blended. This beer ages in large oak foeders (gigantic upright barrels) until the Master Blender judges that it's ready to come out. At that time, it is blended with the juice of various fruits. The result is a slightly tart, fruity, and complex beer. Fruit flavors are front and center from the aroma through the finish. The sweentess of the fruit balances the tartness nicely. 3.5% ABV
