This is the same Pilsner Urquell that changed the world with the original pilsner in 1842. The difference is this one is unfiltered and unpasteurized and it is much, much harder to find. The frothy white head delivers big aromas of pilsner malt and noble hops and lasts until the very last sip.. The taste is slightly sweet with pilsner malt, light honey, and a subtle touch of butter (acceptable in this style). It is easy-drinking and full-flavored at the same time.
