⌂ > Pedernales Bitter Battle

This pale ale pours a lovely deep amber with orange highlights. On the nose there are hints of papaya, floral notes, white pepper, cheese rind, earth, and pine needles.  As for the flavor, there’s bitterness up front, followed by a caramel malt sweetness; more tropical fruit and more earthen notes follow.  Finishes clean and bitter.  6.5% ABV
