| Description: | This is a collaboration with Ducato (obviously) and Oxbow out of Portland, Maine...and it's some kind of wonderful. Pours a dark burgundy with slight ruby highlights with a head that is nonexistent and very still. Intense acetic aromas that are vinous at first followed up next with wood, leather, black currants and candied sugar. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with flavors that are pungent, acidic with wood notes in the finish. 7%ABV | |
