⌂ > Mahrs Brau Der Weisse Bock

This Weizenbock pours a muddy deep amber brown.  Head is stark white but quickly dissipates.  Aromas of bakers cocoa, clove, banana and orange zest.  The intial taste is slightly thinner than the ABV would suggest thanks to moderately high carbonation.  Taste follows the aromas with a bakers chocolate and caramel malt flavor pinned up against citrus zest, clove and banana.  The body builds as toffee lingers on the aftertaste.
