This is their Fall seasonal that tastes like you've just took a walk through the woods with an orchard somewhere along the way. It's made from a base of organic Washington apples and heirloom apples with fir tips harvested from the Forest at Finnriver and organic ginger. The crushed ginger gives this cider a bit of heat with some earthy, resinous notes as well. It finishes dry with sage and a kiss of mint. 6.50%ABV
