Pours hazy buttery gold with a delicate lacy head. The aroma has notes of apple, strawberry jam, and just a hint of basil and coriander.  The flavor is most present and mid and back palate with notes of apple, pear, and strawberry that fade into herbs, fresh-cut flowers, and ends with white pepper, and just enough earthy pine to balance and coat the back of the palate.  The body is the lighter side of medium with prickly carbonation.  There's a mild alcohol finish that balances without masking all the fruit, flowers, and phenols.  8% ABV
