This is a crisp, clean, and citrus blonde ale with a hint of grapefruit. This summer seasonal has just a hint of acidity to brighten and lighten the flavors and finish.  Made with organic malted barley, organic grapefruit zest, organic hops, house ale yeast and 10 lbs of fresh organic grapefruit zest.  She pours sunny gold, with aromas of flowers,especially some honeysuckle, grass, and citrus zest.  Tastes mildly herble with honeysuckle sweetness, a crackery backbone, and just a hint of grapefuit. 4.7% ABV
