Pours a vibrant golden hue and a fluffy head to complement it. Lots of clove, grass, bubblegum, and banana in the nose with the expected farmhouse funk and yeast in the taste to augment the wonderful range of flavors. Light caramel and biscuity malt balances the fruity esthers, Crisp, brisk, and lively.
Plenty of carbonation here without the bubbles being potent enough to scrub the flavors away.Slight alcohol presence, but doesn't detract from flavor profiles.  Very well balanced.7.% ABV
