Garr's lists this as "an intriguing red ale".  This deep amber colored ale is reminiscent of some fruit forward ales without all the sweetness.  Aromas of dried fruit and beeswax hit first, followed by strawberry and honey flavors.  Honeybush tea gives this beer a lot of it's complexity without any addition of actual fruit.  It finishes with a bit of lingering dry bitterness.  6%
