A classic witbier is brewed with corainder and orange peel. Stone, not known for their reverance to classic brewing, left out the orange peel and instead used tangerine and Kaffir lime leaf. Coriander and lime are front and center in the huge, fruity aroma. The taste is packed with tangerine and lime wrapped around a juicy, bready malt center. For a witbier, the hop character and bitterness is high (because Stone) but balanced by bready malt and juicy fruit character. It finishes long with lingering bitter lime. 5.3% ABV
