A very popular method in recent years, a SMaSH beer is brewed using a single malt and a single hop (hence the acronym). Red Brick doesn't do this for the marketing angle; they do it to highlight the beautiful simplicity of 2-row pale malt and Calypso hops. It is a remarkably refreshing and crisp lager with an elegant balance and great slamability. 5% ABV
