Also known as the oldest independent Gueuze blender in the world, no beer is actually brewed there, just solely blended. Aromas of leather, horse blanket and stone fruits take over the aromas with flavors the same to match. It's very still, not bright. This particular lambic consist of various componets Old Hanssens Lambic that are a combination of Boon, Lindemans and Girardin. This beer is truly a beaut and all great things take time. Enjoy!
