| Description: | Brewed in collaboration with Local Option, Feral Dampf was inspired by the Bavarian dampfbier, liertally 'steam beer". The initial fermentation took place in Jester King's coolship and later the house mixed culture yeast strain was added. Unlike most Jester King beers, an ample amount of bittering hops were added while retaining many of the elements of a typical saison, yeasty bitterness and peppery spices. ABV: 5.7% | |
