| Description: | Manhattan NW is Cascade's tribute to the classic Manhattan cocktail. It is a blend of a sour quad & blond ales aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for over two years. It was aged with sour pie cherries & apricot noyaux. They added over 7,000 lbs of Northwest grown cherries & 50 lbs of apricot noyaux. This medium bodied Sour ale pours ruby red in color and has an aroma of maraschino cherry & bourbon.
