She's a tart one, this girl.  Brewed with a wild, native yeast blend deriving from the skins of 420lbs of South Carolinian organic peaches and kiwis, this brew pours a peachy, goldenrod with some haze and a lacy head.  After 8 months of aging, a tart dry vinegar is developed on the nose and finish in addition to sweet peach, juicy kiwi, and soft flower.  Tart, dry, refreshing, and complex at a sessionable 5.8% ABV.
