Description: | Part of New Belgium's Fat Tire and Friends Collaboration Series, this hopped up version is from Rhinegeist. Pours a medium copper amber. Subdued hop aromas mingle well with toffee and a slight spiced yeast component. Perhaps the closest analog to Fat Tire out of the five, this beer maintains Fat Tire's signature malt characteristic of toffee and caramel. Soft yeasty character and a fuller mouthfeel make this one a sipper to be enjoyed slowly as it grows in complexity as it warms. 6% | |
