This brew pours a bright, opaque copper with a foamy white head that laces along the sides of the glass as it's enjoyed.  It's flavors are sublimely fragrant with kumquat and as it traverses the palate subtle notes of bitter chocolate, mild tart cherry with profound tanginess and acidity come into play.  This has a lot of very tasty pucker to it!  The finish is mildly red wine like and you feel the pucker deep in your jaw with lingering notes of bright citrus acidity.  6.8% ABV
