| Description: | Hazy deep golden in color with a thin fluffy white head, the nose on this beer bears a pretty strongly sour aroma alongside mild pear and lemon however the flavor is surprisingly mild. Prop-Culture is moderately sweet and apple-y with heavy notes of yeast, imparting a nice creaminess, mild peppery notes alongside a good amount of bubble.
