This cloudy golden saison hits the nose with aromas of barn-yard funk and peppery citrus and doesn't let you down on flavor. Not the absolute as far as sour beer goes, but definitely a tangy, tart saison with dry red wine elements complimenting the brett addition that will appeal to non-sour and sour drinkers alike. The finish is tart and light, but bears enough weight that you certainly won't forget this oaky, complex saison. 6.4% ABV
