The beer pours lightly hazy medium to deep gold color. The aroma offers a sugary sweet breadiness, grass, floral, herbaceous, and just a touch catty. The flavor is relatively mild. It hits of the sweet breadiness that pulls back from West Coast style DIPAs, but offers some chewy bread and medium sweetness through the palate. There's a light grassiness and bitter grapefruit. Onto a lingering aftertaste of herbaceous, bitter greens, green pine.
