Description: | Pours a bright transparent copper with a thin foamy white head. The aroma oozes fresh citrus and tart zest. This brew is made to mimic the flavors of the first IPA’s that travelled from the UK to India, so they adhered to the strictest historic standards and even tossed some brett into the brew to imbue the same tart character that would have bled into this beer from the barrels on the long journey. The flavors present in this brew are tart, crisp and deliciously citrusy, an orange would be jealous. The finish is incredibly dry and leaves you excited for the next sip. An IPA that could appeal to all kinds of beer drinkers easily and, dare I say, PERFECT for hot Texas summers. 6.5% ABV | |
