Hazy, reddish gold in color with a fluffy white head that laces beautifully along the side of the glass.  This brew smells of honey and sweet bread and tastes of caramel and toast with mellow, but present alcohol notes.  The finish has a lingering presence of honeyed alcohol that is counter balanced by a mild crispness and a very pleasant amount of effervescence.  This brew is one that could definitely sneak up on you, since it clocks in around 11% ABV.
