Released March 21, 2016 this Belgian Quadhas been aged for just over a year on Woodford Reserve barrels.  The beer pours a ruby mahogany with a thin light khaki head.  Aromas of vanilla, American oak and spicy belgian yeast character.  The flavor is strong initially with whiskey but quickly dissipate to a very delicate belgian yeast note of clove, dark plums and sticky toffee pudding.  As the beer warms notes of cherry, pepper and fig arise.  Finishes surprisingly light given the massive 12% abv
