| Description: | This Blonde Ale pours very pale straw gold, but is surprisingly more complex than the color would lead you to believe. With a mild almost honey like sweetness and sweeter 2-row Cara-Pils malts, this beer is very approachable. Light earthy hops balance this beer out for a light crisp finish. The surprisingly high ABV adds a touch of dryness to the finish. Malts used are 2 row and Cara-Pils. Hops are Fuggles and Cascade. 7% ABV | |
