This Berliner-Weiss carries all the qualities of the style, the champagne of beer, with bright tartness from the lactobacillus, prickly effervescence, and a balancing backbone of Hawaiian sweet bread.  The kettle-soured beer has added raspberry puree, which adds berry sweetness and a beautiful blush to the already hazy golden color and fluffy white head. This tart beauty is reminiscent of a raspberry-lemon sorbet.  With a Ph of 3.5 and ABV og 4.7%, this little sucker is perfect for pairing with a raspberry dessert, a warm summer day, or anytime you feel the need to pucker.
