⌂ > Mantra Funky Fraulein

Mantra brewed a kölsch, spiced with ginger and hibiscus, and then fermented it with cherries and Brettanomyces. The nose is funky and fruity with a sharp acidic twang. On the palate, there is almost no sourness but a nice dose of Brett funk. You'll also get plenty of cherry and the ginger comes in late. The finish leaves a funky but pleasant sweet cherry taste long after it's gone. 5.4% ABV
