⌂ > Yazoo Embrace the Funk Series: 3 Degrees South

Brewed in collaboration with Upland Brewing in Indiana, this is a blend of three different world-class sour beers. Yazoo contributed an oud bruin aged in syrah and bourbon barrels. Upland provided a cherry lambic and their iteration of an oud bruin. On the nose, you'll get distinct cherry and chocolate, along with spicy ginger and nutmeg. The same flavors dominate on the palate, joined by bourbon and oak. Tartness accompanies the complex array of flavors all the way through the process and lingering in the finish. $$
