Copper with pink notes provided by the raspberries and blackberries this brett saison is aged with.  The aroma is laden with berry notes and a natural tart character that stems from not just the fruit but also a good bit of brett and a mild yeast tang that creates a thoroughly pleasing nose.  The flavor is tangy and sweet and balanced throughout with lemony crispness in conjunction with the berries and fully rises to the balanced and delicious aroma.  The finish is effervescent and crisp, really tasty and not too sour.  Another really tasty, tangy, light beer for the warm Texas spring.
